This page sets out the terms for using the Initial T website at initialtee.com ("the site"). By browsing the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Initial T is a UK-based independent apparel brand. The site is run by the owner of the Initial T Etsy shop.

What this site is

The site is a static shop window. It shows a selection of Initial T designs and links each one through to its listing on Etsy. It has no shopping cart, no checkout, no user accounts, no login, and no forms of any kind. Nothing is bought or sold on the site itself.

Product details shown here (titles, prices, images) are copied from Etsy when the site is built and then served as a fixed file. They can fall out of date between builds. The listing on Etsy is always the authoritative version — price, availability, sizing, postage and delivery times as shown on Etsy at the moment you order are what apply.

Buying

All purchases happen on Etsy, not here. When you follow a product link you leave this site and are subject to Etsy's Terms of Use, Etsy's Privacy Policy and Etsy's buyer protection and returns policies. Payment, order confirmation, dispatch, tracking, returns, refunds, cancellations and any dispute about an order are all handled through Etsy. This site plays no part in a transaction and cannot process a return or refund.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches these terms;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any system or network connected to it;
probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or defeat any security or rate-limiting measure;
use any automated system to place an unreasonable load on the site, or to scrape it at a rate that disrupts it for others;
copy, republish or redistribute the site's artwork, designs, wordmark or other content except as allowed below.

Intellectual property

All designs, illustrations, the Initial T name and wordmark, page copy, and the layout and code of the site are the property of the owner of Initial T, unless clearly credited otherwise. They are protected by copyright and other rights.

You may view the site and share links to it. You may not reproduce, resell, print, or use any Initial T design or the wordmark for your own commercial purposes, or pass any of it off as your own, without written permission. Buying a physical product from the Etsy shop does not transfer any rights in the artwork printed on it.

Third-party marks that appear on the site — for example the Etsy, Instagram and TikTok logos — belong to their respective owners and are used only to point to those services.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". It is an informational shop window and nothing on it is professional advice or a binding offer. While the aim is to keep it accurate and online, no promise is made that it will always be available, error-free, or up to date, or that prices and product details shown here match Etsy at any given moment. Always check the Etsy listing before ordering.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the owner of Initial T is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on any content shown here rather than on the corresponding Etsy listing. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer when you buy on Etsy are not affected.

External links

The site links out to Etsy and to the Initial T social media accounts. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and are outside the control of Initial T. A link is not an endorsement of anything else on those services.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published here, with the "last updated" date above, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the United Kingdom, and the UK courts will have jurisdiction.

Questions about these terms or about a design can be sent through the Initial T Etsy shop, using Etsy's "Message shop owner" / "Contact shop" option. Questions about an order should also go through Etsy, since that is where the order lives.
